This new nine-screen movie house is located on a tight urban site. With the building set far back from the street and partially hidden, a large canopy and bright colors were used to bring attention to the entry.  Just inside, the two-story lobby introduces the double curve decorative motif, which carries through all the spaces.  Custom light fixtures throughout the main spaces reinforce the theme. The nine screening rooms range in size from 99 to 350 seats.  Each has a sloping floor and features state of the art projection and audio systems.  Masonry construction and strict attention to construction details assured the acoustic isolation of each house.  This building won Best Retail Interior the year it was finished.
