Working with the Tufts Facilities Team and their real estate advisory group, we planned an independent restaurant operation for a one story garage structure adjacent to a large warehouse being renovated for classrooms. The garage, fronting on a busy street and a private courtyard, was programmed as an all-day food operation catering to the Tufts student and faculty population as well as the wider community. Using our restaurant planning expertise, we were able to suggest changes in the shell construction to enhance the usability of the space for a food use.  Interior 3-D visualizations helped convince the Tufts leadership of the viability of the project.
